A Cold Tuesday Tally

Last week’s goals:

  • update blog look and sidebar
  • update websites
  • poetry submission
  • finish current chapter of TC

 Goals for this week:

  • final preparations for NaNoWriMo
    • transform plot into bullet point outline
    • brainstorm ways to kill people in a fantasy setting (Race to 100 Deaths, remember?)
    • flesh out Tilara’s two companions/competitors
    • stock up on chocolate (should be easy over Halloween weekend)
  • send out four more queries for EotF
  • submit more poetry
  • finish updating websites

Woke up this morning to snow. I have a feeling it will be winter in my NaNo Novel.

In unrelated news, I now have a Facebook account.

Are you ready for NaNoWriMo?

Race to 100 deaths? Hmmm, does it have to be individual deaths or does wiping out an army count? I'm opening with a battle scene.

I like your new background :o)

Thanks, Liana. :-)

Feel free to write your battles, kill your armies. My poor MC is forced into a contest of assassination. Many individual deaths needed. Not to say she couldn't murder multiples at a time. A little poison in the soup...

Your new blog looks fantastic! And as for nano, I'm there! Can't wait. But my preparation consists of... nothing. Typical for me. ;D

Thanks, Bethany. What's your NaNo username? Now that I'm developing my outline, I'm getting more excited. :-D

drowning, falling off a cliff, glass fragments hidden in their food (apparently they can't taste it but it shreds them from within), stepping on a rusty/poisoned nail, tumble down stairs, crushed by something falling on them, eaten by a bear. good luck with the brainstorming, and with NaNo!

Ooh, that glass one is evil. Thanks for the list!
